3. Women Empowerment and Skill Development – Her Growth, Our Progress

Empowering women economically and socially is one of our key missions. The Trust will establish skill training centres for tailoring, handicrafts, beauty therapy, and entrepreneurship.

We plan to form self-help groups (SHGs) and provide financial guidance and micro-loans through NGO-bank linkages. Workshops on legal rights, leadership, and self-confidence will further encourage women’s participation in mainstream development.
