The Board of Trustees of R.P. Welfare Trust comprises a team of sincere, experienced, and socially committed individuals from diverse professional backgrounds, each contributing actively toward the Trust’s vision of community upliftment and sustainable development..

Mr. Subhasis Roy – Secretary

An MBA by qualification and a seasoned business professional, Mr. Roy brings strategic management and administrative expertise to the Trust. His practical business acumen and leadership skills ensure transparency, efficiency, and structured growth in all trust initiatives.

Mrs. Sumita Roy – President

A graduate and homemaker, Mrs. Roy represents the spirit of compassion and community service. As the President, she provides moral and emotional guidance to the team and ensures that the Trust’s activities remain people-centric and inclusive.

Mr. Sujan Paul – Treasurer

A graduate businessman, Mr. Paul oversees the financial discipline of the Trust. His integrity and meticulous approach to fund management ensure proper utilization of donations and grants, maintaining accountability at every stage.

Mrs. Sucharita Paul – Vice President

A graduate and professional speech therapist, Mrs. Paul plays a key role in the Trust’s healthcare and community outreach programs. Her professional background in therapy helps the Trust focus on health, communication development, and special education initiatives.

Mrs. Chhandita Roy – Administrative Head & Member

A graduate homemaker, Mrs. Roy manages internal coordination and administration. Her organizational abilities and empathy make her a strong pillar for the smooth execution of field activities and welfare programs.

Mr. Shyamal Kumar Mondal – Advisory Member

A B.A., LL.B. and Diploma holder in HR & Marketing, Mr. Mondal brings over 40 years of experience as a Senior Manager in a multinational group. Having also served as the Personal Secretary to the late Shri Jiban Mukherjee, MLA (Sonarpur Vidhan Sabha), he contributes invaluable expertise in planning, legal guidance, and public relations. Currently associated with PNB MetLife Insurance as a Development Manager, he continues his social service through the Trust’s projects with dedication and sincerity.
